Antonie has been cooking locally and abroad for the last 20 years. He graduate from the Cape Peninsula university of technology in 1999 and left Sa for destination including Switzerland ,London and the Scottish Isles.
In 2006 Antonie received the Award for Best Gastro Pub chef in Scotland after opening a wild and organic eatery in the heart of Edinburgh, Scotland called IGLU.
All the traveling and work eventually lead back to where he finds himself today producing only the best cuisine with years of experience and a strong professional brigade of chefs backing him.
Antoinette Events boasts an Impressive Showroom experience where potential clients are treated to free tastings of there selected menu’s and mock up demo of the decor ,flowers and logistics intended for there event.
Our Services also includes venue viewings and consultations, communicating with other service providers and authorities where needed.
Temporary liquor licence applications have been successfully applied for a cost of R1950.00 with our admin team doing all the neccessary paperwork .
